‘The first school’ family workshop
“School probably started with one person under a tree. One person who did not know he was a teacher, and around him others, who did not know they were students, listened to the words that flowed from his mind. Then they began to reflect on what was happening to them and the beneficial effect the words were having on them. They wanted their children to hear them too, and so, spaces were created and the first school was born”.

On the occasion of the exhibition ‘Arboretum. Trees as architecture‘, we will reflect on trees as the first architecture and as one of the first meeting places in nature. Starting with a small tree on scale, we will dream up a school in which walls, doors and windows are not needed.
This workshop will be held twice: on 6 April (FULL) and 18 May (LAST CALL).
For families with children between 6 and 12 years old.
