Presentation of the book ‘Matilde Ucelay. The First Spanish Woman Architect’

Graduated in 1936, Matilde Ucelay was the first woman to graduate in architecture in Spain. Her professional career was marked by the Franco regime and the need to sign several of her projects under other names. In 2004 she was awarded the National Prize for Architecture. Today, ‘Matilde Ucelay. The First Spanish Woman Architect’, immerses itself in these and many other stories of her life and professional career.
